Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of your order within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not have to give a reason. This applies to “30 Days of Gratitude”, to “Practice 108” and to the bundle of both, whether or not you have opened the access.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is also the Merchant of Record: it answers questions about payments and handles returns. You can request a refund in two ways:

• write to us at support@inkonwhite.com — give the email the order was made with and the date of purchase;
• contact Paddle at paddle.net.

The money is returned to the payment method you paid with, in the same amount, tax included. When it appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

If access did not open or the product does not work because of us, write to support@inkonwhite.com: we will help or refund your money, even if more than 14 days have passed.

A gift can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the recipient has not activated it. The money goes back to the person who paid. A gift that has been activated cannot be refunded.

This policy does not limit your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live or under the law of Paraguay, including Ley N° 1334/98 “De Defensa del Consumidor y del Usuario”. If the law gives you more, the law applies.
