Terms of Service

The platform and access are provided by LINEUP E.A.S. UNIPERSONAL, Tax ID (RUC): 80131469-0, address: Gonzalo Bulnes 830, Asunción 1813, Paraguay (“we”). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it accepts payment in its own name, calculates and remits the VAT of your country, issues the proof of payment, handles all customer service inquiries about orders and payments, and handles returns.

These terms apply to buyers from all countries except Russia and Belarus. You accept it when you tick the consent box and pay for the order.

Access to digital products in the “Ink on White” app. “30 Days of Gratitude” is a 30-day programme: the texts and audio for each day, the gratitude trainer and the journal of entries. “Practice 108” is a separate product: lists of 108 gratitudes with check marks. You can buy them separately or together.

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Access is unlimited in time — for as long as the “Ink on White” platform operates; if it is closed, we will warn you by email in advance.

The product is a practice for self-guided use. It is not medical or psychological care and is not a substitute for a doctor.

Paid with a card from any country, VAT included: “30 Days of Gratitude” — €9.90, “Practice 108” — €15, the bundle of both — €17.90. For those who already have “30 Days of Gratitude”, “Practice 108” costs €11.90, and for those who already have “Practice 108”, “30 Days of Gratitude” costs €6.90. The proof of payment is sent by the seller of the order to the account email.

Under EU rules, a buyer of a digital product has 14 days to withdraw from the contract. If you ask for access to be opened immediately after payment and confirm that you are aware you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins, this right ends when access is opened. Regardless of this, under our refund policy you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

Access is opened in the account linked to your email right after the payment is confirmed; we send you an email. You sign in with your email and password; the email is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to it. The password is stored only as a hash.

You can pay for access for another person: they will receive an email with the gift. A gift that has already been activated cannot be refunded.

If access did not open or the product does not work because of us, write to support@inkonwhite.com or use the “Questions and support” section — we will look into it, and the seller will refund your money to your card. The refund terms are in the refund policy.

Only you can see your gratitude entries, journal and voice recordings; you can export or delete them in your profile. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

The texts, audio and design belong to their rights holders. Access is granted for personal use; you may not copy or distribute the materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. If a dispute arises, please write to us first: we will try to settle it by agreement.
